Everything was perfect. This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

The most amazing luxury villa, we loved everything, the beautiful bathroom with spa and shower open to air. The large comfy bed, the pool, and the great beach! And Nathan is the most considerate host, responsive and friendly 🥰

The host was very responsive and gave us local tips on what to see and eat. The apartment was modern and well maintained. The building offers 24 hour security, a pool and a small gym, which were great for relaxing after a day out. We explored the Kota Kinabalu Waterfront, tried the grilled fish at the Filipino Night Market and even visited Signal Hill Observatory for panoramic city views which all just nearby the apartment.

L’établissement Hawun Valley Kiulu comprend un bain à remous et la climatisation. Didn’t expect the room come with little pantry with ricecooker, water kettle, and stove to cook. Plates, cups and utensil for cooking also provided. But they only allow Halal food ya. There is fridge also. Room is very clean and love the sweet pink color room😆 pool is not too deep and have lovely warm temperature. This place is well maintain.

I stayed at Riverbed condominium, and the apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very well located, charming, and spotless. The large terrace overlooking the river was beautiful, definitely a highlight. The assistance I received for the check-in was excellent and really helpful. The apartment is well equipped, well organized, and extremely comfortable. I can highly recommend this place. J’ai séjourné au condominium RiverBed à Kuching et l’appartement était vraiment parfait. Très bien situé, agréable et d’une propreté irréprochable. La grande terrasse avec vue sur la rivière était magnifique, un vrai plus. L’accueil et l’assistance pour le check-in ont été excellents et m’ont beaucoup aidé. L’appartement est très bien équipé, organisé et particulièrement confortable. Je recommande vivement cet endroit.
