The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. There were lots of showers and bathrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. The common area is very spacious and has board games.

The room was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly. It was so close to the train station it meant getting into Amsterdam Central and Schiphol was really easy and straightforward. Our plane was delayed, and staff were happy for us to use the spa facilities to relax while we waited. Thank you

All employees, particularly Juan was super helpful, kind and understanding from check-in to even after the check out. Beds were comfortable and pod curtains provided an okay personal space. It was one the cleanest hostel I’ve been in and never felt bad using anything whether it’s bathrooms, showers or sheets. All this with a good price in the lovely Zaandam. Would recommend to everybody looking for hostels

The room size was good, clean and spacious (including the bathroom). The room is equipped with basic facilities, including UK and USB plugs; so no need to carry converters. The bed was perfect. The breakfast was nice, with plenty of options. I liked that for my early check-out, they prepared a packed breakfast (sandwich and coffee).

it was right beside the train station so very easy to navigate around and the town itself is very nice and full of shops and restaurants if you don’t want to venture into the city centre! The bed was extremely comfy and large (we stayed in a suite) also loved how big the bathroom was and the jacuzzi bath and sauna were so good to have after long days out walking we always felt so relaxed!
