Guests enjoy unlimited WiFi. Most apartments feature a private hot tub and a private patio. The moment you open the door, you will be awed by the layout. Spacious and luxurious indeed. You will have two queen beds and two single beds in a two-floor room. Kids love playing up and down the stairs, and it was undoubtedly the best stay throughout our North Island trip in NZ. The personal spa jacuzzi in the room was another standout feature of this stay. There is also an on-property playground for the kids. The room was clean, comfortable and complete.

Featuring a spa bath, Fairway Cottages is set in Rotorua. Built in 2022, the property includes hot tub and spa centre. The apartment offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Loved the location overlooking the golf course. Quiet, beautiful. Cottage was amazing. Lovely layout and beautiful modern facilities. Would go there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend. Lyn was an excellent host and very accommodating.

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a kettle. At the villa complex, each unit includes bed linen and towels. We stayed in Toka Ridge number 4. It was quite simply the most amazing house! Far more spacious than we had anticipated, incredible views, private and simply beautifully designed inside and out. It was exceptionally well equipped in the absolutely perfect location. Peaceful yet sufficiently close to both Rotorua and a morning swim! We would certainly stay here again if we visit once more.
