The house is of exceptional architecture, our room and bathroom were decorated with great care for detail, as was the rest of the property. The welcome by Carlos was also very warm. Plenty of room for 6 people and our dog was with us. Everything was super clean and because we stayed longer that one week we got an extra cleaning moment. Tv, wifi and aircon worked fantastic and made the stay very pleasant during the warm days. Big shops are nearby but you need a car to get there. Host was easy to contact via what app and answered very quickly. We forgot something after we left and the host offered to post it to us. Very hospitable and kind.

I was delighted to have such a fantastic stay here, even though I usually opt for private rather than shared spaces—I misread the description 😅, and it turned out to surpass all expectations! Fernando, the owner the space is shared with, is exceptionally friendly and respectful of privacy while going above and beyond to be helpful (helping with luggage, offering rides and local suggestions, even sharing meals!). Between his little English and my Spanish, we managed to communicate very effectively and had some nice conversations 😊 The room is very big, clean, comfortable, with lots of storage space and a private bathroom with an amazing jacuzzi bathtub 🥰 It looks right out onto the large terrace. Street parking is easy to find, and the area is very nice—close to the beach, close to Cascais, very walkable and drivable. (I will never stay downtown Lisbon again after discovering how nice this area is!) I felt very comfortable and at home, as if I were staying with family, and may just change my travel style to include more shared spaces after such a positive experience 😇 It was also an excellent value, especially considering Lisbon area prices.

Danel was an outstanding host – welcoming, responsive, and attentive throughout our stay. The penthouse itself was perfect: spacious, spotless, and with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The rooftop and jacuzzi made it extra special, and the location in Cascais could not be better. I own a short-term rental company myself, and from a professional perspective, this property is truly 10/10. Everything exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cascais.

Immaculately decorated and clean with a keyless secure entrance. You are the only apt on the top floor so despite being in a busy residential area you have total peace. Nothing can prepare you for the stunning view from the lounge. Our host was lovely and very flexible with check in/out times. Communication was excellent. We were concerned that the jacuzzi would make the apt very warm but it is well contained behind glass windows and the air-conditioning was extremely efficient. We hired a car and trying to get a parking space was an interesting challenge but we always managed it!! A couple of restaurants literally a few steps away and many more a 10 min stroll in the centre of town. The mini preco across the street is well stocked. We had fab weather and a fab stay. Loved it!

The had one of the best room on the 5 floor. With panorama view and a big balcony + day bed outside. The view was amazing. Cleaning was very good every day. Every staff were very nice and helpful all the time. Really nice people! This is really a very nice hotel with almost everything and you really feel good. The spa is amazing. The food on the roof was amazing. Breakfast amazing. What can I say. We had a great time!
