Everything is perfect Staff is extremely professional and helpful , they make you feel welcome Spa is good always well maintained and clean Thermal water is 32-33 deg There is a restaurant by the pool serving food and drink Breakfast was delicious Genuinely is very relaxing and pleasant stay We had some small misunderstanding on which manager Mina reacted on very highly professional level and that is very much appreciated Hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely come again

The beds were comfortable and the terrace was big. It is in the vicinity of Palić lake and 10 minute drive to Zvonko Bogdan winery. Honestly it looked even better than on the photos - which doesn’t happen quite often. The breakfast was good - everything was fresh. We would like to visit again. The lady at the reception was very helpful.

This is an amazing hotel for the price. The location is super if you are exploring Fruska Gora. You are right in the center of Ruma and close to buses headed to Belgrade or Novi Sad. This is such a clean hotel and I was greeted by the most lovely person at the front desk who was awaiting my arrival. She even had turned on the A/C in my room to have it cool for me on an exceptionally hot day. She also was very helpful when I had questions about dining and transportation. The best part is the spa area. I had the whole place to myself for a morning of relaxation. They have a jacuzzi, salt water pool, wet and dry sauna. it felt really luxurious and got some well need Rest and Relaxation. I only wish I had booked another night to enjoy the spa area
