Incredibly service-oriented staff across all disciplines. This is the extra, this is why I pay more, and even then I would not have expect this customer excellence.

The apartment was amazing with a wonderfull sight over singapour. Very clean and everything was new. It is shame that we spent only 1 night....

Batam Marriott Hotel Harbour Bay offers a hot tub. It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

Modernly designed, each unit comes with separate living and dining areas. A kitchen and a washing machine are provided. The en suite bathroom includes a hairdryer.

Staff at the reception can assist you with babysitting request, laundry service and airport transfer at an additional charge. Other facilities offered are daily housekeeping, concierge and sauna. Extremely well appointed and well kept accomodation. The staff are extremely polite and efficient. Well situated, beside the Orchard shopping district, and with Orchard MRT station just beside the residence. The pool is a good size and is situated behind the hotel, so it is very calm and relaxing to take a dip after a day of work or sightseeing. A good breakfast is served each day, and the breakfast staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen fitted with a convection oven and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Very suitable for family traveller. The accommodation made you feel at home. 3 bed rooms with 2 showers are just perfect for family of 3 little kids + a maid. With cloth washing and dryer in the room, no need to worry if kids make a mess during the trip. In walking distance there is the Great World Mall which has two supermarkets and various restaurant (some even come with kids playground!) Also you can access metro with ease and if you need taxi, front desk can always help you to get one and ensure you can pay with card. The swimming pool and kids play ground also give parents a chance to rest a bit as the kids can play in these places for hours. :)

Great location, the staff was incredibly kind and accommodating with every request. Place was cleaned everyday and the apartment was spacious
