In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.

We spent 7 nights there recently with our family (kids 6 and 4) and we loved it! There resort is stunning (like the pics) and the pools kept our girls entertained for large parts of the day but there was also lots of kids activities that we could book them in for as well. The restaurants were amazing , quality food for a very reasonable price, beach bar with live music in the evenings as the sun is setting. The fire shows were awesome on the beach. A huge breakfast buffet (who doesn't love breakfast buffets!) and much more - we will definitely be back! All of the staff were incredibly accommodating and the facilities were kept very clean. The nice team members who kept our room clean made different characters shaped with towels for the first 3-4 nights which our girls loved :)

Beautifully located on a mountain hill with great views, very cool pool, comfortable big bed, delicious food and very friendly staff.

The property was very clean and nice. I liked all of the selections for food and drinks on the all inclusive menus. We enjoyed the 3 pools and the pool bar. The staff were really nice and professional. The staff members that stood out were: The hostess Lelyla, Chef James, and the bartender Wann. They helped make my new fiancé and my trip the best most memorable. They played huge parts in helping me celebrating my fiancé’s birthday and with my proposal.

Situé à Khao Lak, l’établissement The Sarojin propose un jardin tropical luxuriant avec un accès direct à une plage isolée. Everything. This place is just something. I’ve been to 36 countries and multiple times in Thailand, so I’ve seen some places, but this hotel is the only one that got me crying when I was leaving, it’s not only because the nature is stunning and everything is very beautifully designed, but because of the staff! People who work there are exceptional, they made our stay very comfortable and we felt very welcomed there. I recommended it to all my friends and I hope to come here again. Also the food in the restaurant is very tasty, didn’t expect it to be SO good.
