The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

At the accommodation guests are welcome to take advantage of a hot tub. Small hotel complex with very friendly staff. Even though we couldn't communicate very well with the staff a translation app on our phone got us through it easy. Not much English spoke this far north and there is very little Western influence, but that's what makes this hotel and town unique. Chinese buffet for breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. The complex is situated at one end of the lake, away from the main street. This isn't a problem as the walk around the lake to the other side takes about 10 minutes and has some stunning views along the way. We arrived with a hire car which wasn't a problem as there is ample parking behind the hotel. The room was really nice with a low level bed and large bathroom. The restaurant, for breakfast, attached to the hotel is a short walk (2 mins) and provided a set menu breakfast that was mainly Asian. A lovely hotel with a nice family feel

The property is around 1.5 km from Pai Night Market, 2.6 km from Wat Phra That Mae Yen and 10 km from The World War 2 bridge. The property has a hot tub and free WiFi throughout the property. We came for 3 days and ended up staying for an entire month. The villa is AMAZING, the views are breathtaking, the breakfast was delicious, the cat is adorable and the hosts are very nice and taking care of any need, we never had to ask for something twice. We enjoyed our stay so very much and will be back soon.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the food at the restaurant was very good with quite an original menu. The view from the balcony is beautiful and serene. There are four tents on the property and even though they border on the parking lot the space is quiet and very private. Would definitely stay here again.
