The driver (Dom) was fantastic. The whole team were polite and knowledgable when we arrived. Rooms are spotless. All in all I would recommend this hotel 100% if travelling to Pakbara. The tranquility of our stay and had it's own private beach and free kayaks available. They also have a transfer service from and to the Pier or any other hotel you are transferring to. Food were excellent. A plus is that you get to see the sunset while having dinner. Staff were so nice and helpful especially Charles did everything asked of such as upgrade to a jacuzzi room with ocean view.

We booked very early so we got an amazing deal, therefore the value was incredible. The room by the pool was clean and the staff was amazing. The site is well kept with mature trees and nature.
