Jam packed with daily activities and high quality staff. A special shout out to Ms. Tulay Basdemir, who is the guest relations manager. She achieves what others strive for in customer service. Anything we needed/requested she went far beyond the call of duty. Thank you truly Ms. Basdemir for helping make this vacation exceptionally good. The hotel, staff, food, rooms were great. The pool was REMARKABLE!!!!!! Met people from all over the world. "Service with a smile" is an understatement. The Concorde Deluxe Resort was fantastic!! Highly recommend this resort. The wellness centre includes sauna, Turkish bath and a range of massages. , It was absolutely flawless - only wish Id booked to stay there for our whole trip. It was our honeymoon and they really did so much to make the stay extra special. Every member of staff was fantastic. The room was pristine and beautiful - views were stunning. Good food options - pools were clean and well staffed. Will stay again many times.

All rooms feature a safety deposit box. The staff were wonderful—reception and valet were very welcoming, and Emin was especially outstanding, always helping us with useful tips about the city. Our room was very clean, fully equipped, with a super comfortable bed and perfect soundproofing. Room service was excellent, and everyone was always smiling and kind. The Italian restaurant on the 5th floor was a highlight, with breathtaking sunset views, high-quality dishes, spotless service, and a fantastic team including Buse and her colleagues. During check out time lady named again Buse- Great! Valet guys even opened the car door for me to sit❤️❤️🌸

The food was delicious—especially the Elefante night, where the menu was rich, satisfying, and full of unique flavors worthy of a fine dining restaurant. A heartfelt thank you to Aslıhan, Gül, Yağmur, Umut, Tayfun, and Emir from the reception and guest relations team, whose warm hospitality and tasteful recommendations elevated every part of our stay. We’re especially grateful for the lovely anniversary surprise. 😊 At the beach, Melih, Gökdeniz, and Furkan were all incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful. And in the restaurant, Ozan and Şirvan provided service that was even more professional and refined than what we’ve experienced in many fine dining spots. We’re sharing our experience honestly—but we do worry that the hotel might become even more popular in the future, and we won’t be able to find a room next time! 😊
