It is a beautiful Inn with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and all homemade 😋 There were also lots of extras....help yourself sodas, snacks, coffee etc. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was also a very useful fridge in the room & corkscrew 🍷 It was lovely to have a gym, sauna & exercise pool too. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious rooms. There were 2 full baths that could accommodate a young family. The kitchen was nicely equipped with the essentials that you need. Full refrigerator and microwave. Stove with an oven. The deck views were very nice. Also, there was a full table to eat at.

Located just off Route 6A and occupying 17 wooded acres, this resort features a variety of sports courts and 2 pools. Nickerson State Park is less than 1 mile away. Amazing value for money. The 3 bedroom suite is like an entire private house . Two bathes, fully equiped kitchen, huge living room. We loved the indoor pool sauna an hot tub really loved the playing room with air hockey and stuff.

Ir meant we could drop our bags and start our exploring. Bed was super comfy!! Had the best nights sleep and that is a real bonus, as I suffer with joint pain.

Frank the host communication was 10/10, we received a lovely message with the key code and detailed information, you could tell from the message that Frank appreciates his guests and wants them to have the best stay possible. The location is great, the area is peaceful and quite, the odd plane taking off but that's to be expected due to the location to cape cod airport. The house is stunning, and great for 2 people or a family. The property is excellent for all year round stays. What you see on the pics is true but when you arrive you gasp that it's all correct and above expectations. If we do go back to Cape Cod we will for sure be renting with Frank again.
