Hacienda del Sol is a lovely property. Beautiful desert landscape. The buildings blend the history of the property perfectly with the updated modern facilities. We felt pampered by everyone the minute we arrived. Staff are genuinely friendly and everyone seems to love working there. The Sonoran rooms are very large, comfortable and well appointed. The Grill is fantastic. The artwork scattered about the property was amazing. We’ll definitely make this an annual visit.

My experience at this hotel was truly magical—beautiful, inviting, and absolutely unforgettable. I stayed in the Rose Room for nine nights, and it felt like something out of a fairytale. The decor was adorably elegant, just like a princess’s room. The bed was wonderfully soft, and both the shower and toilet were clean and very easy to use. The hotel also features a pool and spa that guests can use anytime. The spa was warm and soothing—almost like a hot spring—and perfect for unwinding after a long day. Breakfast was served buffet-style and always delicious. I especially loved the occasional handmade quiches and freshly baked bread—they quickly became my favorites. But what truly made my stay special was the staff. Every single person I interacted with was kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. They always made sure I was comfortable and helped with anything I needed, no matter how small. Thanks to them, my nine-day stay was not only comfortable but truly heartwarming. If I ever visit Tucson again, I would absolutely choose this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This rental is centrally located and close to the university, and easy to get to. The house is adorable and stocked with everything we needed. My husband even barbequed steak on the grill. The wifi was a little unpredictable, but everything else was practically perfect. We stayed here in order to move our daughter into her college dorm. We had multiple packages shipped to the house that arrived during our stay. We received all the packages without any problems except for one that was actually delivered to the wrong address by the Amazon driver. The host(s) were truly amazing. They were prompt to answer questions, and even went as far as returning a package that I ordered after I returned home and accidentally had it shipped to the property. We will definitely stay at this rental in the future.
