She would work really hard in catching up with everyone each morning at Breakfast, and to let us know if we had any feedback. All requests were quickly attended to, and she certainly made this hotel a 6-star stay!

I liked my stay in Haian a lot, I chose the ocean view room, and I wasn't wrong. The view on the beach is amazing. The breakfast was splendid as well, a vast variety of food!

There was one particular reception staff, Truc who was kind and supportive with all our needs. Would recommend the hotel to whomever wants to visit Da Nang.

The property is situated 1.4 km from Love Lock Bridge Da Nang, 3.9 km from Asia Park Danang and 10 km from Marble Mountains. The hotel has a hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Very clean, very good value for money. The mixed dorms had very good aircon and were very clean and quiet. Great friendly staff.

The staff is incredibly friendly, especially Lucie. Nothing is too much for her — she's always willing to help and arrange anything you might need. In the morning during breakfast, Lucie came by for a chat. She asked how we were doing and if there was anything she could do to make our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated this personal attention. Initially, the booking didn’t go well. Booking.com hadn’t mentioned that the room had no view, nor that painters would be working on the balcony every morning from 6:30 a.m. We declined this room and explained that we had expected one with a view. The ladies at the front desk handled the situation very professionally and to our complete satisfaction — we even received a complimentary upgrade. Truly an amazing room! Despite this small hiccup, still a 10 out of 10!
