The rooms were spotless and carefully maintained, with every detail in place to make us feel at home. The facilities were excellent, modern, and convenient, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. But what truly made this experience stand out was the staff. Their kindness, availability, and genuine smiles transformed our stay into something unforgettable. They were always there when we needed them, thoughtful and attentive in the most sincere way—not just polite, but truly caring. To our amazement, they went even further: the team surprised us with a beautifully decorated anniversary cake and a special room setup. Walking into a room filled with balloons, flowers, and a personalized birthday/anniversary decoration was such a heartwarming surprise. It was clear that every little detail was arranged with love and effort, making us feel celebrated and deeply appreciated. This was by far our best stay in Hanoi, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking not only for comfort and cleanliness, but also for heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly special, this is the place to be.

I've been to different hotels around the world, but the Peridot Grand Luxury Boutique Hotel is one of a kind. I went to Hanoi with my husband and we had a fantastic stay. Their infrastructure is flawless: impecable décor, beautiful lobby, two great restaurants, etc. The staff could not be more welcoming. The spa center has a variety of world-class treatments. The Vietnamese restaurant (there is second restaurant for Western cuisine) serves excellent food. The rooftop bar is elegant and offers you good drinks with a nice view of the city. Really top-notch.
