Bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Great location and very central, a short walk to the busy centre of Hanoi. The staff!!!!! I have never met staff that are so helpful and kind. They will do absolutely anything for you to make your stay perfect and also are great to help with booking days out etc. They gave me a free upgrade with a window when I was feeling unwell and a gift of coffee bags and a grinder to take home. Nothing is too much for this lovely team of staff.

All units in the accommodation are fitted with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. Our stay was incredible. The staff was amazingly kind and accommodating for our family's needs. The hotel was stylish, comfortable, and right in the center of the town. We will absolutely stay here again.

The units feature a wardrobe. My second visit to this hotel, and this time around was also flawless. I was “welcomed back” so they obviously pay attention to repeat guests. Thoughtful gift was waiting in the room for me. Price has increased since my last visit but I still think it represents very good value. The staff really set this hotel apart from others, I really liked how the staff member who checks you in also gives you their contact details and they act as concierge throughout your stay. In this case Judy, who helped us multiple times booking tickets to shows and tours, organising transports, dinner reservations etc etc. She was brilliant and definitely deserves a pay rise. Another thanks to Mark, we had a few problems during our stay (completely out of the hotels control and frankly not their problem) but he was very courteous and swift in assisting us and resolving our issue. He is a great staff member. I can highly recommend the couples spa package. Approx 3 hours in total and completely private.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk, room service and currency exchange for guests. This is my favourite hotel in Vietnam. Second time staying and I’m definitely not disappointed. Staff is so lovely and the location is great. Rooms amazing, comfortable beds, breakfast is great and facilities is just over all so great. Unfortunately this time we didn’t spend time at the rooftop but that’s just so lush. Will definitely come back next time when I’m visiting 🥰

Breakfast was really good, with both local and international dishes, plenty of options. The room was quiet, although the hotel is on a busy street. All staff was very kind and helpful, and especially the reception staff, Jenny, Charles, Leo and Liam. They helped us with our luggage, booking taxi, calling tour agencies. I totally recommend this hotel :)

It is very easy to reach all major attractions. They were some minor problems in our room and about the service during our stay, but the hotel did everything to improve the experience. For example, they allowed us to extend our stay until our departure to the airport. They also provided us with one free cocktails at bar. In general, I think it was a good decision to stay in this hotel.
