Great amenities, awesome breakfast choices, the location was perfect and within walking distance to old quarter places of interest including train street. Room was very big, absolutely gorgeous bathroom and shower, beds very plush and comfortable that we ended up sleeping 12 hours straight once!!! Staff were amazing especially the front desk Ms.Cara who carefully walked through with us what we needed to know and Mr Peter for getting in touch with me in advance for tour bookings to Ha Long bay. I am a guest in room 401. This hotel provided a perfect experience for my trip to Vietnam. First of all, the location is very good. It is close to everything and you can walk there. Secondly, although the hotel is in the center, it is not noisy and very quiet. I would like to especially mention the hotel's service, which is really great. They are very kind, just like old friends. Every day when I return to the hotel, I can see that they clean the room very clean, which is very important for people who are very tired after a day of playing. I will miss this hotel. I will stay here again next time I come. I strongly recommend it to you. I hope that people who see this comment will also have a wonderful and pleasant trip in Vietnam.
