The rooms were clean and private, and the bed was very comfortable, even for a larger individual as myself. Ms. Bong is a firecracker of a woman with spunk and energy to match anyone she works with. She went out of her way to support me with a truly enjoyable experience in Phong Nha. When there were troubles with my bus ride into town, I was able to reduce the length of my stay without any penalty directly on booking.com. Then she was able to get me checked into my room by 8AM without having to pay extra for the early arrival. She also assisted me directly to book a bus to Hue, and got me setup for an all day cave tour, all at very cost friendly rates. She even gave me a great dinner recommendation at the Indian restaurant across the street. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer.

Cozy room. Swimming pool on the 9th floor, warm water, almost no people. Delicious food in the restaurant. The place is quiet during the day and at night. In the evening you can hear some music from the restaurant by the sea. It's a long way to the center, 10 minutes by taxi.

Staff were super helpful, delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed and nice bedroom with balcony. Conveniently, there is a bike hire opposite the hotel as well as many restaurants. The staff was phenomenal The food was phenomenal The room was phenomenal I especially liked that they had Tabasco to go with my eggs in the morning I can't eat eggs without Tabasco so it made this an amazing breakfast
