I arrived before 14 00 and got my room available. I did not meet any queue in reception.Beetween reception and restaurant huge coo working area suitable for business and leisure. Affordable prices for breakfast, dinner and lunch same as hotel. Very clean rooms. Closed to metro station and shopping complex.

What I liked the most was the fact that the housekeeping service came every day to tidy up and change the sheets and towels. Ms. Ritu was very kind and provided us with the best service I could imagine. I recommend this hotel, and I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Dubai.

Special thanks to Mr. Andrew Jamal, the Duty Manager, who personally checked in on us when we had a concern. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and made us feel valued as guests. His approach truly turned our experience around, and we appreciate his outstanding support. We also loved the M Club, the coffee stations, and the relaxing spaces around the hotel. It was our first time staying here, and although we encountered a minor issue, the level of service and hospitality definitely makes us want to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a classy stay in the heart of Dubai.
