All staff were very good and excellent. Gave us early check-in which we really appreciated. Big lobby area to relax and chill. Metro just opposite. Breakfast was excellent too and staff and chef made what we asked for and very thankful to them

The location of the hotel is great for us. It is close to the Insurancemarket Metro Station which is very convenient for us to go to the Dubai Mall on one end and the JBR on the other. The shuttle bus service to the MOE and the two beaches is excellent for us. Our room was big, the sitting area was big and the beds were big. Everything was clean. Both the breakfast and the buffet dinner were great with a very good balance between vegetarian and non-vegetarian, western and Arabic. The staff who served us showed great hospitality. We would definitely choose this hotel when we visit Dubai again.

Lovely place and great stuff. Great view of the new year's fireworks. Had a blast. Room was big and bed was comfortable.
