We liked everything. The hotel is clean, smells nice, rooms are cleaned every day, polite staff. The views are excellent both on the yacht club and on the track. It's a long way to the beach (we went out of season it was hot outside), but we specifically chose a hotel with a swimming pool because we knew we wouldn't swim in the sea. In a comfortable temperature, the road to the beach takes 15 minutes. There is a shopping center nearby and you can also buy alcohol in it. Those who are without a car near the metro station.

Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower...

Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower otherwise you stay 20 minutes with all the people who purchase other services in same queue and it takes time, under the sun, it is never less then 15-20 min that is nonsense and spoil all experience from gbr beach. You pay for shower but you need to suffer for what you re paying. Public bathrooms doors in female bathroom most of them cannot be locked and in general need some renovation. For example Kite Beach set or is absolutely perfect about everything. GBR beach need some improvements.

I loved everything about this hotel. I lived in Dubai for 17 years so I knew this hotel would be a quiet location. It's not near the beach but taxis are cheap. The pool area needs more beds but thats ok. The breakfast is very good. The staff are lovely. A special mention to Ibrahim on the front door valet as he was so kind to me when daughter vomited. The room is clean and comfortable and black out blinds were a bonus. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spotless and quiet. I cannot find fault with this hotel and I will return.

This is such a pleasant contrast to the glitz of 5 star hotels on the beachfront of Dubai and provides a sumptuous hotel steeped in the character and exclusivity of a top Golf club. The room was very spacious and beautifully fitted out. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud! I loved the green and peaceful area its located in at the heart of Arabian Ranches. Maison Mathis is attached and one of the reasons I decided to stay here for the weekend. Top food and great vibe.

Lovely hotel, ideal location and staff made a fuss of our anniversary, thank you! This was recommended to us and didn’t disappointment. Great access straight to the beach, walking distance of a few good bars (and great beach club) which isn’t always the case in Dubai. Room was immaculate, very quiet and we both slept well. Beautiful views from the hotel and pool. Great breakfast selection, spoilt for choice.

Excellent host, I sent my mother, sister and child to Dubai, I was looking for a place to stay in the La Vie building on JBR, the host was kind and helped my family with their suitcases, installed taxi apps for them... the apartment is like all the apartments in the La Vie building, nice, clean and has access to the beach.

Great location with direct access to the beach and beautiful views. Beach club access is included with a provided club card, which gives you towels, sunbeds, and discounts on food and beverages. Close to Atlantis Water Park, the Marina, and Dubai Ain. The apartment is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially at the reception. Breakfast was tasty with many choices. The location is great — the beach is only a few hundred meters away, so you can easily walk there. It’s also very close to Dubai Marina and The Walk, perfect for an evening stroll. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

This place is in the middle of tourist attractions yet provides perfect comfort. Each capsule is completely private and can be locked so I could just leave my stuffs inside feeling secure. It was just a few minutes walk to many restaurants and the beach as mentioned. I met awesome people as well. It provides hotel-like personal space with hostel-like intersction with people.

The apartment in Dubai was truly fantastic! The location was excellent, the apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated, and the staff, including Mr. Said who took care of deliveries, were exceptionally polite and always available. The view from the apartment was stunning, with a beautiful sight of the Palm and mesmerizing sunsets, while the beach was just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!”
