Hotel had a lovely ambiance , staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool on top was super to chill after long day walking in BA. Breakfast very good When we arrived the taxi driver requested only cash , we had no cash at that stage , girl on reception said no problem we can pay him and add to your bill . Be careful we even used the marked cabs ( black / white )from airport

Beautiful, well-located hotel. Quiet, spacious room + enclosed outdoor patio/seating area; nice touches including a 'welcome' bottle of wine. Lovely, attentive staff - we appreciated their recommendations for restaurants, etc. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful.
