The personnel is the soul of this hotel. Rarely have we encountered such outstanding professionals (Anna, at the reception, is a treasure!). But then everything was perfect. we lived the property was central and we walked to all the places we visited . lived the bath in our room and the bed was super comfortable . had an elevator and aircon . many place to sit and people watch enjoying a nice cold lager or wine . you could get breakfast at the hotel . we went out early to enjoy the palace gardens before visiting the sissi museum which was lively and peaceful and cooler as the day got to 30c

First, the location was perfect, I walked everywhere that I wanted to visit. It was also cosy, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was polite and friendly. Even in the early hours of the morning, they made me coffee and it made me so happy. The breakfast really good. There were variety of cheese, omlet, snack and fruit. Also coffee and cake time in the afternoon was priceless. I would recommend this hotel to eveyone who visits Vienna.
