The staff there were all so amazing, welcoming and ready to try and help us with anything we needed. The hotel was beautiful! Food good and the swimming pool was so nice. Everything very clean which was lovely.

Location is very good. Close to Musikverein. the city center and a metro station. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities, electric kettle and a big bath tub. The breakfast was also great. Reception staff was very kind and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the quality and the location. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel when I visit Vienna again.
