I had an incredible experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. To add a personal touch, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a hand-written letter in my room welcoming me to the hotel. It was a small but meaningful gesture that truly made me feel special and appreciated. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel was impressive. From the room, to the facilities, to the service, everything was top-notch. The hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from the famous Opera House in Vienna, making it an ideal location for exploring the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna. The staff team is amazing and truly made my stay a memorable one. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!"

    Lovely tour of the building and the history.

    Lovely tour of the building and the history. Unfortunately. there was a rehearsal ongoing so we were not able to go inside the main hall so do ask before you purchase a ticket as that is the main attraction. The final performance on the steps was a lovely touch.

    If you buy tickets that say "Obstructed view", BE CAREFUL!

    If you buy tickets that say "Obstructed view", BE CAREFUL! It's not obstructed, it's NO VIEW AT ALL! It'd be nice for the experience, but don't expect to see lots of the show (Opera/Ballet) if you buy these tickets. I did and it was worth it anyway, but be advised! (It's good value for money, though...)

    It's a magnificent building and the opera

    It's a magnificent building and the opera itself was most satisfying. Voices, music, performance and decorations were amazing! Only problem - was finding a wardrobe, seems that there are different cloak rooms depending on your seat. 1st row on a balcony isn't comfortable, 2nd was ways better.
