The staff was exceptional, even though she was already leaving for work she still stayed on to help with the check in. Location is very convenient, a few minutes walk to southern cross station. Room was big and spacious and clean too. Wonderful stay. Definitely recommend it!

We appreciate every aspect of our stay in this hotel. The location was absolutely the best for us - central, yet very quiet and well surrounded. The room- nice, clean, spacious and comfortable; the girl at the reception read our mind about our needs for the room features. Great gym, spa& swimming pool. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff at the breakfast room- they take into account your preferences when choosing the table for breakfast, which is very nice and not so common. And last but not the least, a real gem of this hotel- Nigel, the concierge, an absolutely right person on a right place; so welcoming, so friendly, so committed to taking care of guests- he made our stay in Melbourne and it was absolutely amazing !
