The location of the hotel was very good, it was close to the Burgas city center by car. There is a beach across the hotel that you can walk but it was cold when we were there, so we did not go to the beach. There are plenty of coffee shops and bakery around the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. They upgraded our room for free and it was a very large and clean room. There was kettle and small fridge in the room. Lastly, there was free car parking spot in the hotel.

The stuff was very welcoming, kind and understanding. The check in and check out has convenient and flexible hours. The location is amazing. The place is clean. We were with two dogs and for us there were several priorities, like the place that would accept dogs as well as close proximity to the seaside and this place is exactly what we needed. There were comfy beds in our room, a spacious balcony and a big bathroom. The hotel is calm and silent, despite majority of people, which is great for the rest. The seaside was around 10 mins walk. Also, there are many places (Billa, European Store, etc ) where one can buy food or in general whatever is needed as well as there are lots of places where to eat

Pool was absolutely perfect, beach was close and there was perfect restaurant directly at the beach, little supermarket is very close. Staff was very nice, apartments were very spacious and clean. We liked having 2 bathrooms in one apartment as we were 6 people.
