The staff was really helpful. They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

Full of well displayed historic information and objects.

Full of well displayed historic information and objects. More interesting than you might think. The building is an intentional mixture of various architectural styles of the past. The location is right opposite one end of the main railroad station, very convenient.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was via a voucher with the café next door, and was very good. Location was perfect - a 3 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof, and only a few minutes from Zurich Old Town, maybe a ten minute walk to Lake Zurich. There are a LOT of exits to the Hauptbahnhof and, typically, the first one I selected was at exactly the opposite end to where I needed to be. If you can locate the exit for Bahnhofquai, or for the Swiss National Museum, you'll be heading in the right direction!
