Great staff, especially Denis and Kaltrina. It was my wife’s birthday, and they brought flowers, arranged a cake, and even upgraded our room to a suite for free. In short, they are amazing. We had a fantastic time!

I love EVERYTHING about this hotel! The food was good (though we didn’t try all the restaurants). The location was great! The staff were friendly. The rooms were AMAZING. The hotel is classically elegant, the rooms have actually keys (not key cards). We loved it!

this is actually a must. not only is the architecture a phenomenal blend of old and new, the exhibitions are outstanding. the park is totally worth a visit, not only for the view over the lake. and the cafeteria has a small but fine selection, too.
