Excellent breakfast and dinner (Thursday to Monday dinner main dining area), both are buffet style. Excellent service, always attentive to guests needs. We had to depart the hotel at 5.00am for an airport connection, and were given a takeaway breakfast, both hot and cold option in the package...excellent.

This is just the best place in Harbin. I have been in this city many times, and can compare. This hotel is really the western standard! When we asked for additional bottles of water into our room, it was delivered by a robot (!!!!!), have never seen anything like that before anywhere else!!!!!!

The staff were incredible, really friendly and accomodating. They helped us navigate the Chinese mobile apps like Ali Pay and WeChat, and just went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. The children's playroom was AMAZING, and all hotels everywhere should have one like this!

    Location is a little bit far from the Central street, real down town and but close to Harbin station. Not far from bus stop of airport bus in Harbin station. Chinese noodle bar in breakfast was fantastic. The credit card of Master and VISA is acceptable.
