Very pleasant experience from the beginning up to the check-out thanks to the detail-oriented staff. I can recommend the place, especially for travellers without any knowledge of Chinese. Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station. This hotel is absolutely amazing. Great facilities such as gym, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, also comfortable room, stunning reception, and delicious breakfast. Conveniently located near restaurants and local markets. 20 min by taxi from the Forbidden City. If I ever go to Beijing again I will look no further.
