The staff were incredible. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond -- allowed us to check in early so we could explore without luggage, let us keep our bags locked up safely on the day we left while we wandered more. I asked for a recommendation on the best way to get to České Budějovice, she gave me a helpful suggestion and I was happy. Then when I came by the desk later, they surprised me with a complete printed itinerary, noting every transfer point, and even added a hand-drawn diagram of how best to navigate the station! Outstanding customer service. Convenient location. Lovely room with a nice view. Definitely recommend this place.
