What a great surprise this brand new hotel in the city center of Karlsruhe with very nice personnel. Cinema styled nice room with mini-bar, good bed and great towels. The breakfast was gorgeous and very complete in a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the crockery and where surprised by the special kids set.

The design is very nice, the room was very modern and cozy. I really liked the fancy shower head with different watering modes. There was more than everything for the short stay: mini-fridge, fan, smart tv, air conditioning, even iron and ironing board. They also offer free coffee, bretzels, sweets and water. I also appreciate the attention to details and the nice personnel, they even placed a cute greeting card with my name on the bed :) Location is also perfect. It was in the city center, so not so far away from the train station, shops and cafes, but even though it is located in quiet street which was very important for the good sleep. Speaking of that, the noise isolation is also good, I can’t hear my neighbors or any other outside noise.

Boasting an excellent location in Karlsruhe city centre, this hotel offers modern accommodation and great public transport links, less than 1 km away from Karlsruhe Palace.

Location. There are so many restaurants and Cafe nearby. Trains and trams are 3-5 min walk. The breakfast is so amazing. The best breakfast I have had so far. I have been travelling through Europe for the last 3 weeks and the variety provided by Ambassador hotel is exceptional. Keep up the good work. Would return and highly recommend this hotel.
