The hotel makes good coffee everywhere, eat is very good, the staff is nice and helpful. They try to do everything for you to feel comfortable. I recommend visiting this hotel without a travel agency. From the cleaners to the manager, they will give you everything you ask for.

We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand hotel, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful-clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What truly made my stay exceptional, however, was the incredible service. I would like to give a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Moawad, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly stood out. Whether it was offering helpful local tips or ensuring everything in my room was perfect, Mohamed made a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team at Grand Hotel for such a memorable stay.
