I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a few meters from a metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and reach any destination you need. Additionally, it's a fantastic spot for those who prefer to explore on foot, with all the major attractions in the city center within easy walking distance. It's the perfect combination of convenience and accessibility, whether you're taking public transport or enjoying a leisurely stroll to see the sights. The hotel itself is immaculate—everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing. What really stood out to me was the staff. They were not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely warm and welcoming. Every interaction was a pleasure, and they went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and top-notch service. I will definitely be returning on my next visit!

Las Cortes is centrally located near St Anna square. We reached most places by foot. The staff is friendly and helpful (e.g. with reservations). The breakfast is tasty and varied (though same day-to-day), the lunch refreshments are very convenient. We had to check out late and got and extension for a very reasonable price. The sound isolation is excellent (though if you prefer to keep the window open, it's noisy to very late hours). The price is above average, yet the value is excellent.
