Hotel is perfectly located in the city center just next to all restaurants , shopping area and sightseeing .Room was great , free mini bar is offered too.Reception staff is the best ..they really care to help and advise and they speak perfect english.They recommended us great restaurants and ordered taxi early in the morning which was not the case in other hotels in Spain .This hotel is perfect and it is highly recommended !!!

Love, love, love the location!! Very near the Church of San Gines and even the famous Chocolateria San Gines! Walking distance to Plaza del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Gran Via. It's a boutique hotel and it gave us a very cozy, relaxed feeling. Our room had a balcony overlooking Calle Arenal which had the Christmas lights on and gave you the holiday vibes. Breakfast was good and if you prefer to have brunch outside, there are a lot of cafes in the area. The hotel also has a Christmas photo corner setup right outside the entrance where people would dropby and have their photos taken. My husband and I also appreciate the fact that the hotel takes good care not only of their guests but also of their Filipino staff.

Less than 1 km from Mercado San Miguel and a 13-minute walk from Puerta de Toledo, the property offers a terrace and a bar.
