Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Excellent location just across the Atocha train station. Clean and chic room. Pleasantly surprised by the fabulous breakfast spread, where food were thoughtfully arranged into small morsels so guests could had a taste of everything (Spanish style of dégustation). The overall experience was sublime.

Nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable distance to center and attractions (20 - 30 minutes). If you're not up for a walk, there's a metro and bus station right in front of the hotel. The breakfast is good and there is plenty to choose from. The rooms are clean and the cleaning ladies come daily to refresh the room and clean them.

Still the BEST hotel in Madrid and probably Europe. We stayed here twice on our trip to Spain at the beginning and end of our trip and it was great. We've stayed here before so it's awesome that the hospitality, friendly employees, and clean rooms are a mainstay. Stay here, you won't regret it!

we loved the rooms, bed was comfy and showers were delightful! the staff was very accommodating and provided excellent service. Included breakfast was great - lots of options. The location of the hotel was excellent - super central and walkable to many attractions, close to the train Station.
