The decoration was really special, and the room was spacious. The staffs were friendly when we arrived, and answered a few of our questions. The location is extremely close to the train station, which is very convenient. And the price is quite reasonable for such a 5-star hotel.

Very spacious room, clean and bright. actually could be a 5- star hotel rather than 4. location is in 15min walking distance to the Cathedral and Palace, and close to a very refreshing supermarket.

    Everything was just great. Near to the city centre and to Santa Justa train station. Some cafes and bars in the close neighbourhood. We got the room in nice, renewed part of the hotel and it was very comfortable.

    The place is cute and well maintained. There’s a small shared kitchen with basic utensils and fridge in case you want to use.
