I was a bit hesitant at first, since the station is so close and some reviews mentioned mold, but none of that turned out to be an issue. I had a wonderful room with two small balconies and a beautiful view of Gare du Nord and the Paris skyline. The sound insulation was excellent. Room was clean with basic facilities. If you are a solo traveller or even a couple looking for short stay or stay near metro that too for less money this is the perfect hotel. P.S.
