The place is spacious and very quiet. It is in a busy area of the town centre but you have to go through 2 gates to get to apartment which gives onto a nice quiet inner yard. From there it's only short walks to the Place Massena, the old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais. Main house items were available, including a coffee machine and pods. This is a recently fully refurbished compact very well-equipped apartment. The location is excellent with a supermarket, coffee shop and bakery nearby. Various entrances to the Old Town are a 5-minute walk as is Place Garibaldi. Tram stations at Garabaldi and Durandy are close by. Place Massena and Av.Jean Medecin are a pleasant stroll away along the lovely nearby park and children's playground. There is a lovely old-fashioned lift in the building.
