Everything. I was positively surprised to receive very kind message from Villa Foch Team, in the hotel in the other city where we have moved to after Bordeaux. That was really a little thing but a lot in terms of customer follow up treatment.

This hotel is amazing! Such a grand hotel with lots of character, and good location. The staff, Dimitri and Mattis, were super helpful and assisted us with arranging a day tour to Saint Emillion as well with booking restaurants in the area for us. They really went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a boutique hotel with lots of warmth

Large rooms and hotel recently renovated last April. They gave me an unexpected upgrade! Everything shiny and new. In an excellent central location. Bar de Vin and the trams /tourist bureau just around the corner. Staff, especially Maria at reception friendly and helpful. I would definitely return

The welcome at the reception team was very professional, friendly and well trained. I used to train staff pharmaceutical industry and can therefore spot when a team has been trained well. The team speaks several languages, including Scandinavian, English, Portuguese, German. The common areas are fabulous. We have stayed in a number of hotels in Bordeaux. Most often the rooms are relatively small and the common areas are tiny. At Burdigala the common space is large and divided into several smaller areas for intimacy. The location is perfect. We commuted from the airport by tram, which is a few minutes away from the hotel.

    Close to the centre of Bordeaux- only a short walk to all the sights. Our room had a huge balcony and was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good, with a big range of options available. There is a beautiful public garden nearby.

    Basic room but everything I needed for my short stay, air con was perfect for 40 degree heat. Lovely location on a quiet, pedestrianised street with a number of cafes and restaurants. Lovely bakery too. Close to the Public Garden and the river. Good value for money.

    We had a great 3-day stay in Bordeaux at this apartment. It is located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from the tram, restaurants, and the public garden. It is easy to walk to the river and historic center part of town or take the tram. There was street parking in front of the apartment. Sandra, the host, left a few food and drink items to welcome us. She sent directions in advance of our stay and responded promptly to a question. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend.
