IBIS never fails but this was definitely one of the best. We parked at the hotel - worth it and very comfortable to simply go up the lift and you're in the hotel. There, we were greeted with a warm welcome from a very friendly receptionist. He was also very helpful in offering some wise tips on going around and visiting the city. Room was super - clean, comfortable, with all the requirements and toiletry supplies. Bathroom was spacious and comfortable to use. WIFI excellent. Breakfast is plentiful and abundant with ham, cheese, bread, cereals, eggs, fresh fruit and a good selection of tea/coffee. Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful city of Rouen. Definitely cannot complain. Whenever we chose IBIS/Mercure hotel, we were satisfied with overall experience. Would definitely keep this trend ;)

The room was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was well insulated for sound. The shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and proficient. The breakfast was delicious and great value. The location was great for walking around Rouen.
