    Blue flag beach has had the title for many years a great place for children safe swinnimg and paddling little shop .food the drive to it would not be for a nervous driver tiny street and some one way roads . in the summer lots of pulling in when meeting vans and lorries buses.

    We loved the peaceful setting of Barleycorn Cottage as its nestled beside a river, it was a joy to wake up to the sound of water and birds each morning. The cottage is full of charm, with a cosy fireplace, spacious bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The garden is a lovely space to relax, with seating, a swing by the river, and even mini football goals. The location is perfect for exploring the area, including a scenic walk to Blackpool Sands. The on-site EV charger was also really handy.

    We absolutely loved staying at Admirals quarters. It embodies the charm and quirkiness of Dartmouth. We loved how the hosts were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The children loved the secret bed, lots of games and puzzles and toys to keepThem busy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking - it was hard to tear ourselves away. We will definitely be coming back. We spent time at Dartmouth castle and Blackpool sands beach and both were only a short distance from the property. Such a beautiful property.

    Easy to find off the main road into Stoke Fleming. Close to coastal path. Sea views. Short walk down to Blackpool Sands beach which had a shop and cafe. Apartment was open with key in door when we arrived but hosts were on hand should we need anything. I was surprised how spacious the annexe was, as big as a house. There was even a small garden. We had everything we needed.

    The chalet was spotlessly clean, had everything you'd need, ironing board, iron, hairdryer. It was lovely and quiet in a fab location close by to blackpool sands, a supermarket and woodlands theme park. A perfect family getaway. Would definitely stay here again. Thankyou Sheena and Richard!

    Great chalet, great location and great hosts. Chalet is in a nice and quiet area. It is a short drive to Dartmouth and Blackpool sands beach. I found our stay very relaxing and everything you could need was in the chalet. The chalet was spotlessly clean. The hosts sent us all the information we needed promptly and were also contactable if needed. There is lots to do in the area but equally the park is well kept and maintained if you fancy a day reading your book and sitting in the sun. Highly recommend.

    Such a peaceful location surrounded by countryside. The barn was perfect for us, lovely to sit on the veranda overlooking the tennis court. We enjoyed the private use of the pool and sauna, had a go at tennis and playing pool. Hotel grade linen and towels. Great rural location but near enough to dartmouth for food and restaurants. Great costal walks, Blackpool Sands beach incredible. Hired a boat in Dittisham which was great. We were lucky with the weather so that helped.

    The chalet was excellent, extremely clean and comfortable. The location was very peaceful. Dartmouth was a wonderful place to visit, as was Salcombe and Blackpool sands , and Slapton sands too. Loved it there.
