Perfect location between all the activities we wanted to do and very friendly staff checking in. It is almost at the foot of the Calton hills, and just a 10 mins walk to the Waverly station and st. James quarters. Lots of nice places to eat in the neighbourhood. The Royal mile is a bit less than half an hour walk. Overall, wonderful location.
