Location and characteristic structure of the hotel. Beautiful rooms and service of all the staff. In particularly I appreciate very much Kim at the reception. She always was kind, collaborative problems solver and always with a smile in her face. She make me think she was really happy to see me and listen to my requests. This is a great attitude that I liked most. Compliments

This place is DANGEROUS. Do not go.

This place is DANGEROUS. Do not go. NO life guards, and water sports are still offered to weak swimmers despite bad weather. We waited ages for someone to come and help us. Another young boy waited also for help, while he hung on to his board, poor lad. No changing facilities by the water sports. Only dirty toilets, which actually had faeces smeared on the wall.

We married in March 2015, and our Honeymoon was a 10 day trip around the UK, staying in three different locations. Our last few days were spent here (after thoroughly enjoying the first two hotels). I'd booked a better class of room, which turned to be pretty awful, and overlooked an inlet that seemed to be smelly stagnant water. I complained and the young manager on duty appeared to have the "We're full, I can't do anything" attitude. It was only after REALLY making a fuss that we got moved to a suite that they had free. But to be honest, with that managers attitude, this has to be by far the worst hotel experience I can recall in the UK. Personally, I would NEVER want to visit this hotel again, and would always strongly advise others against it.

We booked five rooms for a weekend reunion of university friends. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Location is fabulous for accessing all that the Cotswold water park has to offer. Would definitely recommend.
