    Very friendly, efficiently run.

Very friendly, efficiently run. I lost contact with a friend who got ensconced in a store. After a few worrying minutes the security staff tracked her down very quickly and were very professional about it .

The hotel location was great, it is very central and within walking distance of the Quayside, Central Station and Eldon Square - lots of bars, restaurants and cafes on Grey Street. The rooms were clean and well laid out with nice decor. The hotel has great facilities and the breakfast was very good, although it has to be paid for. The staff were friendly and helpful.
