The staff are a credit to the hotel, every member of staff was welcoming and attentive. The service at both breakfast and for drinks was very quick and efficient. We didn't have evening meals there but the meals I saw at other tables looked very good. The outside patio area overlooking the Forth Bridges is a bonus too. A bit of a walk from the railway station and the quickest way is up and down some very, very steep steps. I was really impressed with the room as it was spacious and had all the required ammenities.
