This hotel is amazing! Placed in a good area with a cozy coffee shop and local grocery stores, this hotel has given me an experience above my expectations. The room was very comfortable and super quiet. The mattress was a dream to sleep on. The Pool area and sauna are the perfect spot to unwind after your travels before going back to the Heathrow Airport Terminals. The whole premises are very tidy and clean. Staff here is super friendly and helpful. Roomservice and breakfast was hygienic, the menu has many choices for fun and healthy foods. The prices for everything and all extras were fair and reasonable. Thank you for this lovely stay.

    This location suited the event I needed to attend. It is very close to a London Underground station (Gunnersbury) but not in central London. Good was a good size (for London) and was comfortable. Restaurant produced a decent evening meal.
