One of the best places we’ve stayed during our trip around Europe. Room was warm, comfy and beautiful. Our room has a washing machine so we could do our laundry privately. Having shampoo and conditioner was a god sent (omggg thank youuuu). Staff at reception was helpful and friendly :) Had a super restful stay, definitely glad to come back again!

This hotel has covered all the small details. From reception to the room everything was amazing. Lovely atmosphere, modern decor and super comfortable. The room was huge and the bed and pillows were so comfy we had an amazing sleep. The shower and toiletries provided were so good. The kitchenette was very convenient (as well as all the items that can be provided if needed). We could not hear any noise from the other rooms or corridor so weren't disturbed by other guests either. The staff were also fab and really helpful. We only stayed one night and we wish we were there for longer to take advantage of the bar as well. We were so grateful to have 12pm checkout as that seems so hard to come by nowadays. Location is amazing for shopping, nightlife and Piccadilly station so it was really ideal for our stay. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Great location and perfect apartment for our family. The staff was very friendly. The train station was just a few minutes walk away and also the tram and many stores. The apartment was quiet and absolutely fantastic.
