The double room for 4 adults was spacious and it came with yummy coffee and there is free water. The toiletries smells nice! The pool is warm and very clean and doesnt have a strong chlorine smell. The amenities were complete. I fell in love with the place and its surrounding the Teddington Lock with the pub Angler with such beautiful place. Excellent breakfast selection. Walking distance to Richmond Park. All the staff were very helpful and very courteous. I love that in our room, the bath was near the bed. Penhaligon brand of soap was a very luxurious choice. There were was still a wedding party when we came back at night but the noise was not heard in our room.
