Very badly organised we had booked the premia lounge.
Very badly organised we had booked the premia lounge. No badge was sent nor a race card we had to ask for both and they wanted to charge us but they were supposed to be included in the ticket . They sent the email containing the entrance letter three times and each time the attachment included my ticket twice. When I challenged it the lady said it would be OK but when we presented our tickets we were challenged they had to get someone from the office saying it was OK.
